The Canon Connected

Begin Your Journey to Understanding God's Word By Understanding How It Connects To And Interprets Itself. Launches January 1, 2026.

Why This Type of BIble Reading Plan?

Our Vision

While Bible Books are primarily meant to be read front to back, for those familiar with them, it can be helpful to see that Bible passages connect to other Bible passages through quotes, themes, allusions and prophecies.

Our Bible Reading Plan and Podcast aim to help people see those connections and allow the BIble to interpret itself. And ultimately see the even though there are 66 books and over forty known authors, the BIble has only one true author--God Himself.

The following questions and answers should help to understand the goal of this Reading Plan and Podcast, and other essential information.

When does this Reading Plan Launch?

This will launch on January 1, 2026. The Reading Plan and/or Podcast will be found on Spotify, YouTube, Facebook and Instagram, all under the name "The Canon Connected".

What kind of readings from the Bible can I expect on this plan?

Every day will feature readings from passages all over the Bible, centered around a specific theme, like Creation, Jesus's Resurrection or Sin Confrontation. The readings will all have some powerful connection to each other based on quotes or allusions or just by teaching the exact same thing. Scripture will help interpret Scripture.  You can find a sample of the readings from the first two weeks of 2026 on our Facebook Page, "The Canon Connected". There will be over 40 Catch-up Days.

Why is there a Podcast?

The podcast will be a short (10-15) presentation every day to help explain the connections and overall theme for each day, in case anything is confusing.  There are over 40 Catch-up Days and on those days the podcast will be testimonials from readers and other more personal content.
